Reclaim Your Story: Reshape Your Life
Even and especially during challenging times, your stories matter - the ones you hear, the ones you share, and the ones you tell yourself. You are writing the story of your life each day; anxiety and depression can make this process feel blocked, boring or even scary. I help people like yourself reclaim their stories and reshape their lives.
Are you struggling to manage everything on your plate right now? Are feelings of grief, anxiety and/or self-doubt are making it hard to get through the day? Are you seeking better communication with loved ones and/or closer connection? Does hopelessness occasionally take hold, making you feel numb and affecting your eating or sleep? Do you often seek substances or screens as a means of escape?
Hi, I am Tova Feldmanstern, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, relational therapist and trauma specialist located. I work with people to find greater ease, meaning and intimacy through attachment-focused, culturally-responsive therapy and mindfulness practices. |

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy.
